I have two recumbent trikes now, one e-trike and one 'acoustic' trike. They are very different, but each allows me to go many places in town. My orthopedist was enthusiatic about the trike over any other exercise except swimming, and since I don't swim much, this is the best option. I like the way you can see more, on a trike- you can look at the sky, see the wildlife, etc.

My brother has cerebral palsy and was told he could never ride a bike, I got him an adult tricycle. We have been riding a few times a week in the warm months. He loves it!
