Such a great story! When I saw the "omafiets" I knew you were dutch...my mother is dutch and from the Netherlands, so I've lived there for a little while. Since I was born in the US and lived most of my life here, I greatly appreciate the ease of cycling in NL. Thanks for sharing your story and giving me a little piece of nederland today. <3
